It quickly becomes apparent that cosmetics alone won't get you very far. Hormones affect you holistically. The answer to this should be just as holistic .

Hormones play a major role in how your skin develops. Whenever something serious changes in their distribution, things get a little turbulent. 3. Promote blood circulation 🏃‍♀️

Only with good blood circulation can nutrients be transported optimally to the skin . Fortunately, there is a suitable route for every taste.

  • For active people: exercise really gets your circulation going. The WHO recommends 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week - or for particularly fit people, 75 minutes of intensive activity such as jogging.
  • For connoisseurs: Sauna visits have a similar effect on the circulation as moderate exercise. It's also a great way to switch off.
  • For everyone who prefers to wellness at home: facial massages and gentle brush massages provide a daily dose of relaxation. They also stimulate collagen synthesis and thus ensure a firmer complexion. You can integrate these small rituals into your morning or evening routine in just a few minutes.

4. Active stress management 🧘‍♂️

Stress alone can cause skin problems similar to those experienced during menopause. When these two factors come together, they reinforce each other immensely. Regular stress reduction is therefore even more important. Otherwise your skin will now be doubly damaged.

Take time for yourself and find ways to release emotional pressure. This can be time in nature, a break with friends, a hobby that really helps you unwind or relaxation techniques.
